First of all: Yes. It also doesn't help, even though being angry is perfectly understandable.

Secondly: Look, people have already said this before, but again: Stanley most likely didn't know about those file names. That's kinda what makes the quote so painfully funny.
And for Pete's sake, cut the guy some slack. Yeah, it's obvious he isn't all sunshine and rainbows right now, but keep in mind that the BSN has been one big ****storm for several weeks. And he doesn't have to be here. Moderating the forums isn't his job, it's something he does to keep in touch with the community.

Moderating on BSN can't be fun at the moment, and he could make it a lot easier on himself by warning less and closing/banning more (you know, sort of what a real douchebag would do without a second thought).

I played it on the xbox so I can't access these files, I was calling them red-green-blue endings before I even saw what others were calling them. Not that hard to come up with this name when the colour is the only obvious change.

Makes me wonder if there was a meeting, where a developer off-handedly mentioned that there were 16 ending files, and a bigwig heard "16 endings", and opened his big mouth. One letter can cause vastly different meanings. Happens all the time where I work. /facepalm

Actually he and the other forum door men don't leave threads open out of the kindness of their heart.  There is a strong incentive to not lock them because if they lock them too often, people will eventually say screw this and people will start migrating over to a non-bioware forum which bioware would have absolutely zero control over.  Seriously think about it, if a thread was locked any time someone said something negative about bioware, how many of us would actually be here versus find another place we could say what we think without the tread getting locked?
