I bought From Ashes awhile back, and another family memeber has recently started playing ME3 on his console. I wanted to give the DLC to him, but no matter how many times I sign into my account and download it onto his console, he can't play it.
I have tried deleting it on my console and downloading it onto his and then playing. It says my gamer profile has the DLC on his console, but the mission never shows up when he plays on his account. I know you could transfer DLCs between Xboxes in ME2, so what's going on?

He will only be able to play DLC that you've attached to your account by using YOUR Xbox Live gamer tag. His own gamer tag will not have the DLC associated with it even if it's downloaded to the hard drive of his system. This is to prevent people from only buying it once and copying it to all their friends.
