Liara has that whole "shared sensations" thing going.  Without getting graphic, just imagine the height of passion with someone that can make you feel the what they're feeling, on top of what you're already experiencing.  Yea.... I think I'll go with the Sexy Blue as she lustfully whispers "Embrace Eternity".

Definitively Liara, though largely going by the somewhat more innocent impression in ME1 - her character develops quite a bit in the course of the series, after all. In the end, her looks (I do like exotic stuff), her intelligence, her personality and her "racial traits" (mental connection + eternal youth as far as I as a human am concerned) all come together in a neat blue package.

Kelly Chambers was a very close second, however. I really liked her positive attitude and perspective in ME2, and I dig her hair. Strangely enough, she doesn't look half as nice in ME3, but I'm unsure if this is a deliberate change due to her character, or if the designers just wanted to go for a more realistic look, or if it's just that they couldn't quite replicate the face from ME2.

The Asari that's in Lynata's avatar/portrait is my very close second to Liara.  I can't remember her name, but it's Asari from Feros in ME1.  Just something about her facial expressions... just... *drools on keyboard*

I am going to presume that "hottest" means "more passionate". And for me, there really is only one choise: 

Jack.

Aside from the fact that her story and especially her romance in ME2 seems to be the one best witten, she is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes... I personally dont like the inks but there is something else. A fire, a passion, but its tempered with such vounarablity and innocence that she becomes a real person, not some dumbed down piece of meat or some run of the mill romance. There is alot to be gained, alot to be lost.

The way she was handled in ME3 didnt impress me much. There was a relapse to the "bat****e insane bikergirl" and her character isnt at all fleshed out as well as it is in ME2. There was alot of things that I really didnt believe about her in ME3.

For instance: if you were in the brig, and you were her love interest, she would have wiped anyone and anything out that came between you and her. And even Shepard himself wouldnt be able to stop her. Six months of no communication after breaking through her first couple of walls and seeing "Jack" as she was... "nude"? (not in the physical sense)... She will go through hell and high water for her students but not for the guy who saw her as she wanted to be seen? Who cared? Who got her to open up? I dont find that believeable for even a second.

Sad to see her reduced to a twodimensional image in ME3. She deserved better.

I think the female characters are getting more votes because heterosexual men also make up the biggest demographic on the forum. Straight men aren't going to vote Kaidan or Thane for example, when as men they aren't the type that they'd be physically attacted to.

I would like to say Tali, but we still don't know what she actually
looks like. (BioWare can keep their cheap 'shopped stock photo.)
Tali is still my top romance option.

As for "hottest", going by physical attractiveness... I'm having trouble choosing between Miranda, Chambers, and Traynor.
Miranda has the body, but... that's about it, actually. Her modelled face doesn't appeal to me much. I voted for Traynor. Pity she doesn't swing my way.
