I romance Tali, but in absence of seeing her face, I can't vote for her on physical attractiveness alone.

Therefore I think Jack is the most attractive.

I think the hottest scene is with Samantha, the hottest bod is Ashley. I couldn't decide between Ashley and Miranda so I figured out a way to mod the game to have them both.

My top three would be Liara, Miranda, Ashley in that order. As much as I love Tali's personality, her body is a bit too alien for me, and I deny knowing what her face looks like (please let Bioware ret-con and patch away the photoshop failure). I'm not particularly fond of either Miranda or Ashley in terms of personality, but I won't deny them looks. Liara however has both looks and personality. I just wish we had a human character with Samara's looks translated to human, and Tali or Liara level likability in personality.

Miranda is the best looking one.

Ironically Miranda is supposedly designed to look good and yet Ashley looked horribly botoxified in ME3. Allthough this kinda botoxified is positivly beautifull compaired to some 50 year old dragqueen I saw in a show once (NO... not that kinda show!). Everythings relative...

In any case, if you add in the "unimportant" things like personality Tali is by far my favorite.

Female: Ashley in ME1 and 2 (I'm not lesbian I just think her face is beautiful) It's a shame she was stabbed with too many botox injections by ME3.

Tali is my favorite. Actually there is a great line between Tali / Garrus if you take them on a mission together (and you have romanced Tali) where Garrus tells you and Tali to get a room. They gave Tali some sass as well in ME3 as well - awesome.

Disappointed on the stock image photo. Why didnt they just digitize Ash Sroka?

One of the cool small details about ME3 is that other people now comment on Shepard's relationship status, whereas in the previous two games other characters besides your LI didn't have much to say about it.

Besides the scene you mentioned there is a funny dialogue exchange betwen Liara and Matriarch Aethyta, if you are romancing Liara. I forget the exact words but Aethyta says something about the Asari using their sex appeal to manipulate other races into agreeing with them. Liara objects and says that Shepard listens to her, and Aethyta replies by asking, "And how many times have you popped his thermal clip?"
