Why does it always have to be a problem? I support Bioware, but with such **** standing between me and the game, i see no problems going back to free games on TPB. At least those work without hassle.

Because all these wannabe network game companies just don't know how to handle multiplayer stuff correctly. They always have servers overloaded for one reason or another.
Games were way more stable when they were offline.

GOT IT! solution, if anybody is having this issue. Install the update, then overwrite all files in install dir with the latest ones which work:
https://download.dm....te_8_5_2_23.zip
You can run these files on their own, but then you'll get another pos error "Origin not running, ME3 will now quit". I was feeleng some Krogan rage whet THAT popped out. So you have to run the updater first to get registry and other windows bs in order.
This cost me 2,5 **** hours to figure it out, goddamn it.
OK, enough blah blah, time for some MP
