I was just thinking that most of the major human characters also have last names that are revealed, but I don't remember Jack's last name ever being mentioned. Then again, my Shep also didn't romance her.

Did I miss any dialogue along the way where Jack's last name is mentioned?

Yep. Jacky Nought. Took me a while to figure out who she was on the Memorial Wall, I never went too indepth into the Shadow Broker files on the characters I wasn't really interested in.

Like I said, that's a pseudonym. Jacqueline is the feminine form of "Jack," and "Nought" is zero. All likelihood is that she chose the name herself.

I'm pretty sure OP means her birth name.

Jacqueline Nought is an alias. Real name is Jennifer ... or in my renegade Shepard's case, Jennifer with a N7 tattoo on her ass.

In that case I guess not even Jack knows her birth name. While using an alias would be totally in character for her, I would think if she romanced Shep she'd be comfortable enough to share it with him. Since she doesn't, I'm inclined to think the only name she knows is the one she gave herself.

We don't know her last name because Liara pulls some passive-aggression out of her arse.

Well, yeah. She was kidnapped as a small child. And the only thing Cerberus ever called her was "Subject Zero." Hence why she goes berserk when someone calls her that.

I never took Liara on that mission, and missed that.

I guess Jack never asked nicely.

isnt she listed on the memorial board on the normandy? i didnt confirm this but jack is dead in my current playthrough and there is a Jacqueline with a last name listed there.

She survived in my game, but other people have stated that she shows up as Jacqueline Nought.
