I promoted 2 characters in MP right after the announcement was shown in my multiplayer menu. Now I got the victory pack, but not the commendation pack I actually cared about.
Any possible way to get it now?

Did you have the update feedback enabled in your Online Settings before Promotion?
It also takes some time to divvy out the packs, you may have to wait some more hours before they get to your account. They advertised as "No later than Wednesday", so checking back periodically is a good idea.

I do have it enabled.
But if Victory packs can be dealt earlier, I will check it again tomorrow then.

Same here the store changed, I think it changes weekly the spectre pack and ( double the amount of Veterans Pack) one that is like 33k credits, but I did both defeated silver several times and twice did not die and promoted 4 chars and last event did not receive anything and I am on PC and have the feedback set to on. SO, hopefully by Wednesday I will have good news

I'll cross my fingers as well. I got the Victory but not Commendation pack. Part of me wonders if it was due to the awful stability/connection issues with the game over the weekend, but we'll see Wednesday I guess.

Same here, got the Victory but not Commendation. Seems odd that they wouldn't be able to release both at the same time, but if the official site says 'no later than Wednesday', I'll just have to check back tomorrow. Of course, the store has stolen credits from me before, so I wouldn't be surprised if I slipped through the cracks either.

Yeah victory pack for me, but no commendation yet. Hopefully they're still rolling out the commendation packs. If I don't get it by tomorrow, looks like I'm contacting EA support yet again...

Ditto. Must have promoted 5 or 6 chars after getting the MP weekend pop-up notice in game. I have received the Victory Pack but not the commendation pack.

Not really. One is a blanket "Give 1 of these to EVERYONE" which is very easy to do and quick to process while the other requires filtering the reward to just those that earned it, so would require far more time/processing to filter who gets it and who doesn't.ippennokuinashi wrote...
