I promoted my Sentinel Friday night (after 5pm PST, I live in this time zone) & my Soldier Saturday/Sunday night. I received the Victory Pack did not receive the other one.
I have the option of sending my data to BW as allowed, have been since launch. I got both the packs from Goliath (Brutes) or w/e it was called.
Any fix for this?
Promoted 2 Chars for Op Raptor Did Not Get Comm Pack

This also happened with me. All the EA support lady could get through her translator was to post here and the devs would do something. So, anything yet?

Victory packs are given to all people who were eligable for Operation Raptor which is a quick process, so that is why they are seen before the commendation pack.
