If that was the only thing I wanted? I have a Vanguard but he is not the same without Reave. Is it her first or second bonus power?
How long would it take me to get Reave?

Her?
Well, I hope you're posting on the right forum because you don't get Reave from Samara in ME3. Your question is not too clear so I will just say everything that you need to do to get Reave in ME3. Even if you took Reave as a bonus power in ME2, it will not transfer over to ME3 as you have to unlock it again. The ONLY way to unlock Reave in ME3 is by having Kaidan in your game. If he's dead in your particular playthrough then you have to create a new ME3 character and choose Ash as your combat loss.
You will have to be on Kaidan's "good side" til' you get him back as a permanent party member about halfway through the game, you will unlock his first bonus power after getting him back (can't remember if it's Reave or Barrier though) and after a mission or two, he will ask you to hang out on the Citadel and you get to unlock his second bonus power. And then you just have to go to the medbay in the Normandy to purchase it.

yeah sorry I meant Kaiden but was thinking of Ashley. So it seems I am going to have to play at least half of the game to get the power. Shucks. Anyway, thank you.

Pretty much a little after Udina and once you confront Kaiden on your ship is the first unlock. For me it was Reave.
