So i bought my game off steam and has been playing for some time. now i notice when i look around on forums that things like the stone prisoner and such isnt in my game. i also read that items may be lvled at "wardens keep" to make you able to wear them at higher lvls.

Now i wonder, if i redeem my code now, will those things be implemented in my current game?

and is it worth it? will i have to pretty much go through all areas again to see what ive missed?
