Damn, I got that N7 Valiant when i wanted to upgrade the N7 Hurricane SMG... crap!
I know that most people don't like the SMG for whatever reason but it would be awesome if you could trade weapons to other players.

I also have not received my commendation pack. Does anyone know if there is a time quota which will denote that all com packs have been given. I am sure that will ease those who do not have their pack yet.

Hope I get a Valiant II. I like that one well enough I don't feel the need to have anything except a better one.

Got the Victory Pack, but not the Commendation Pack. And I'm 100% sure I did my part in the achievement: on the 30th I had the Infiltrator already at level 20 and I promoted it, then the next day I brought the Sentinel to level 20 and promoted it as well.
In the Operation Goliath I received the Commendation Pack but not the Victory Pack. There's always a problem with this game...

EDIT: Actually on the 30th I learned about the Operation Raptor by reading on the Internet, so I started the game and promoted the Infiltrator. But I got the in game message about the Operation (the one that appears after you choose "Multiplayer" from the main menu) only the next time I started the game... Please don't tell me that my Infiltrator didn't count or I'll rape someone...

Just to let Bioware/EA know, another who is without commendation pack (PC). Collected Victory Pack earlier.
Double checked reporting is turned on. Tried exiting, game and all that.

I'm pretty sure that if you don't see the in-game message, the event hasn't started yet and anything you do doesn't count.

I waited until I saw the message then promoted all six of my classes. Still no pack yet. :/

I haven't received my commendation pack. Will it still count if I promoted 2 engineers? Or does it have to be two different classes?

Funny how people always are pissed, thats it with random items.

But don't be that angry and try the weapons. pistols or smgs are cool for adepts, shotguns go wth vanguards, just have some fun and don't be that serious about the game.

Yeah, but by the time I promoted my charachter here in Italy I guess the event already started in America... Anyway, if I don't receive the pack, I don't care this time. I already knew this whole reward system is bugged as hell, I didn't expect anything good this time. Keep throwing bad jokes at me, Bioware, I can take all of them. I already have my great Valiant, and it still rocks at level I.

I haven't recieved my commendation pack yet. I promoted my lvl 20 Sentinel and my lvl 20 infiltrator for this event. Hopefully it will be out in a few hours.

I haven't received my pack yet. I've promoted five character, two adept, two infiltrator and one engineer. Pretty sure I've done that after I saw the in game message about the operation.

Not to be a nuisance, but in case I am entitled to a commendation pack but haven't yet received one, what would be the preffered way to contact Bioware and explain the issue?

Add another "I received the victory and not the commendation pack" to the list. Promoted 3 or 4 classes within the timeframe and received both bonuses last time.

I'd give it until tomorrow morning at least. I don't see any indication that they've finished giving them out, and it's taken a few hours for some people to get theirs. I plan to wait until tomorrow evening and if I don't have it by then to contact Bioware support.

Promoted 5 chars yet no commendation :S
I wonder why the delivery is so sporadic, probably since it isn't default delivery system of packs and therefore has to be done in a less automated manner, but still quite annyoing having to contact support to get the stuff.
Yes, I wait 1-2 days after I "should" have gotten it before contacting them about it to be on the safe side.
