They did say the Commendation Packs should arrive no later than Wednesday, 5pm PST, and on my end it's only Wednesday 12:58am PST. If my Commendation Pack doesn't arrive by that time, then I call up the Customer Service Live Chat.

Just opened mine and got the valiant I promoted two classes, one of which bugged and didn't reset the points but apparently still works. At GMT+1 here if it helps.

For me in germany i got no com-pack
i promoted 5 chars on saturday, when event info appeared ingame.
all 5 of them were lvl 20 before the event
and leveld and promoted 6th (adept class) during the event

Man I didn't got anything good with the victory pack. I just hope I get something good on the commendation pack......... :/

Same here. I promoted exactly 2 characters on Saturday that had reached level 20 already during the week, but only received the victory pack (filled with equipment...). No commendation pack arrived yet.

I like the way people b***h about the Victory pack and it being worth all the effort they put in. Like they wasn't going to be playing it all weekend anyway. ;-))

At the end of the day, if you DON'T play very often and took time in your busy schedule to play - then surely you'll need those items? Plus the Victory pack is for the community, which includes people that hardly played.

The big payoff for the core players is the Commendation pack. The only way to get those N7 weapons like the Valiant and Crusader. Stop whining. If you're that butt hurt over your efforts, don't play - simple.
