again no commendation pack, what's wrong with the online system?

Yet to get mine. My wife got hers at 930CST(about the time the majority were supposed to go out) but I haven't seen mine.

I promoted 6 characters on saturday. And only recived the victory pack and no commendation pack.
I am from germany. Do I have to wait until it is 7:30pm in germany. Doesn´t make sense does it?

I have so far witness two of my friends get double Victory and Com packs. Is this supposed to happen?

I've contacted the EA live support, the EA support guy said they have "an issue" with the "website". He told me to wait another 24 hours to receive the com pack.

still nothing either and 2 separate live chats told me that they couldn't do a thing to help. So I hope it's still being distributed... and i better get 2 each for 360 and pc or i'm gonna be so unhappy.

Victory pack was soooooo bad. People were promoting so many characters just to help with 150k promotions and it was all for nothing. I got 5 of each hotkey consumables + AR damage bonus II + 2 medigell.
I really dont like to complain, but this is just wrong.
