At the end of the day, if you DON'T play very often and took time in your busy schedule to play - then surely you'll need those items? Plus the Victory pack is for the community, which includes people that hardly played.

The big payoff for the core players is the Commendation pack. The only way to get those N7 weapons like the Valiant and Crusader. Stop whining. If you're that butt hurt over your efforts, don't play - simple.

We're talking about not delivered Commendation Packs here. Who's ****ing about the Victory Pack? It's almost worthless, I found the same stuff of a Recruit Pack in it, without a charachter card, so it's even worth less than a RP.

Suffered two characters in multiplayer with discharge level during the campaign "Operation Predator," but did not get a set for participation in the action. Only for the victory.

Its sad. Somehow I didnt get the first pack... perhaps i let it expire? But I played on friday night and upgraded all 6 of my classes. What did I get for it? A giant shotgun that only a krogan could effectively carry. Its damage is less than the first shotgun.

4 or 5 characters promoted (I'm not sure if I did the first one too early), no commendation pack so far... so when should I start to contact support?

They said that we will recieve commendation packs no later than 4pm PST (maybe not 4pm, but some time arround) wednesday. That means arround midnight between wednesday and thursday.
Basicly, if you live in europe, wait until thursday morning (5th of april) and if you didn't get the pack, contact support.

Just wondering. For all those who are having problems (like me) on receiving this commendation pack, wouldn't it be better if we ACTUALLY got some kind of confirmation that we succeeded? IE, I managed to promote the second character roughly an hour before the event ended, which has me wondering if I did count, or I did not.

Wouldn't it be better if we'd actually receive some kind of automatic-mail informing us that sooner or later we'll get the pack? 'Cause I'm itching whether I completed it or not, and wondering if I'm not receiving my pack because I didn't make it in time, or because they're having problems with them.


Also, another question: If we wanted to contact EA live support, where could? Would somebody be kind enough to leave a link to the live support?

I've promoted 6 character and no commendation pack in sight

same thing happen last with with OP.Goliath

passed silver round with reapers but no commendation packs

i didn't bother cause reapers on silver is not that hard

but promoting a character and getting nothing is not ok so fix this please

I promoted 4 chars, but the first two without the online feedback switched on...read about it in the Bioware forum post but forgot. Luckily someone reminded me so I switched it on after the 1st two promotions but also wondering if it went through.

Anyway no CP here either, Central Europe. What about you guys? Maybe only Americans got it so far.

I'm in Europe, I got the Commendation Pack. Although now the ME3 server is allegedly down.

Ok, bug or not. I do not think it is fair at all for people to be getting doubles. The friends of mine that got the doubles promoted only two character just to get by. I did a total of seven, personally I feel rather cheated. No offence but this is a rather unfair advantage to those of use who worked our butts off to make sure this was a successful Operation. And now people will have two N7 weapons while having one that is at least level two? Or just three N7 weapons? That need to be adressed in some matter. Honestly I think the best positive resloution would be to give people doubles of the packs.

*edit* oh and i also think its cheeky that some people have been given doubles, either keep it fair or take some away

I contacted EA support via Live chat in Origin ask for commendation pack since I promoted 3 chars last week. He said he will check my account after he came back he said already added commendation pack to my account. But after I logged in ME3 I checked store page... no commendation pack...... this is just great.
