Yay i finally got my valiant but i think such SR would suit better a Turian/Human/krogan soldiers/sentinels rather then Infiltrator or salarian enge...Im still 1st of the line with a good old fashioned Widow

He says that it is already added to the account, which means you will be getting one, and that you have to wait until they are finished being updated on all the accounts that have earned it.

People have to remember that this is a long process to add a commendation package to a number of accounts in the hundreds of thousands, maybe even up to a million. Presumably they have an automated system to do most of the work, otherwise damn, but it will still be somewhat slow going.

I would recommend people chill out until tonight and check again like I'm going to.

I've been waiting for my Commendation pack to arrive since Operation Goliath. I can see the entitlement in My registered content, but it doesn't show up in the store. EA support told me they "fixed it" and I had to wait an hour more than a dozen times, but still nothing.
By the way, one EA rep told me I had to claim it in the Normandy <_<

Promoted All classes, powerleveled the engineers vanguards and adepts, bugged my sentinels and male soldier for this.....

I am waiting, patience isnt one of my strengths but ill wait

Well the thread said over a total of 350, 000 promotions happened (divide that by 2 and that means a max of about 125,000 people, and a good number of people probably promoted more than once.

I just did this, it gave me another spectre pack but not the commendation pack.

Same here, promoted a soldier and an engineer and got no commendation pack but I'm patient enough to wait. I hope I'll receive it today or tomorrow.
