Looks like part of the problem is when EA Live support helps you, they can only activate the Operation Goliath commendation pack, which has already expired. The support team helped me and now the Goliath pack is showing up here http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php instead of Operation Raptor.

Why is it that the packs come so late? Last week I never got mine till I contacted customer support, and this week once again I'm waiting well past the deadline.

Same here. I was going to contact support this morning, but reading the posts here looks like this time it's a general problem. I'm going to wait one more day to see if this is fixed before calling the support.

is it just me or do the n7 weapons seem really weak i got the submachine gun first and sure its damage is good but it shoots everwhere and rarly hits the target, this time i got the sniper and its weaker, weighs more, has a slowler reload time and less ammo capcity then the lvl 10 mantis i have but i had to do a weekend special to get the n7 where as i just bought several recuit packs to get the mantis and theres no way of upgrading the n7's unless you do the weekend challenges
