I think I received 2 Victory Packs. No Commendation Pack :/

Live chat with EA just now: they can't unlock them (at least for now - they only have access to Goliath packs, which I got normally). Told me to wait 24/48h and post on the forum so BioWare is aware of issue. Got Victory pack.

Also no commenadtion pack, talked to EA support, said he would activate it, but still nothing. Probably confused it with the Goliath one.

Someone posted earlier that they got a pack without it showing in entitlements (unlike Goliath).

As of now, still no commendation pack, promoted 6 characters on Friday after the operation screen came up. Location: UK  Platform: PC.

Recieved the victory pack at the same time as everyone else.

I was under the impression that you do get the items when the purchase fails to process, atleast I have. Its just not always obvious when you recieve them as unless you get a new weapon, theres no visual indication.

Levelling classes is easy in this game, I think I promoted 5 or 6, I could do it again in a day if I really wanted to. Its quite enjoyable going on bronze with a low level and going to town on everything in sight...
