Hmmm, havent received either of the packs yet.
But when i check my 'registerd game content' the commendation pack is sitting their!
Did i mess something up or is it still making its way through? i had assumed the victory pack would at least be their first...
UK here, so maybe a bit later for us?

Can't post in the new sticky, so I'm posting this here:

I don't think multiple commendation packs is an exploit. I got a 2nd for no reason after taking a break and turning the game back on a few hours later, and I know quite a few people that didn't do anything and got a 2nd as well. Seems more like a server issue if you ask me.

My registered game content shows nothing too.Will I have to enter in contact with EA again, even sure that I make  things in the right way ...

A few of us who have had this glitch happen early on have been discussing it fairly openly in that thread for awhile now (no, we don't tell you how to do it). If you want a little more information from the player perspective, that'd be where to look.

They're calling it an exploit because it /can/ be exploited to gain unlimited packs. However, it can also happen very easily and accidentally to someone who did not mean to, as it does not require  you to hack/matrix-mode anything.

it happend if you entered SP, it was somewhat of a natural bug (but ccould be easily exploited). that's why i don't think they will punish people who opened 2 or 3 packs, but everyone who opened more then that kinda abused this bug.

Sometimes, even free isn't enough for some people & they feel the need to exploit it.

I posted there. Just to be clear though, I don't want to know how it's done. I just want Bioware to know that it was a complete fluke for most people and we better not be punished.

i can easily tell how it was done, cause they have to fix it eitherway (and hopefully will before handing out new ones): the only thing you had to do was looking at your war assets in SP. that's all. as you can see this happens a lot by accident, so you shouldn't blame anyone who opened an extra one. people who have any n7 weapon (from com pack) beyond III on the other hand, should be punished =D

and for the record: i opened my one pack and that's all. i went to the war assets to confirm this and there really where 2 new packs in my store (but i didn't open them, and still intend to not open them until they simply expire =D)

You don't even have to look at your war assets. You just have to play SP period. I tried a few guns in the firing range for 5 minutes and aparently triggered the glitch. Obviously this is an EXTREMELY simple way to trigger an exploit, so you can't really blame anyone that only did it once or twice by accident.

Yep. All you had to do was play SP. I was on the Citadel mission (y'know... the one with Leng) and could not return to Normandy or anything related to War Assets.

I hate how some people cheat the game to get more than one pack so now none of us get packs because of them. Why not just play the game the way it should instead of breaking it.

well this is peachy. i didn't even get mine and now they won't hand out more until the exploit issue is resolved. which will be - never.

i was one of the people that lost all weapons and characters due to a bug and didnt even get a compensation for it because the issue was not resolved.

I promoted eight characters over the course of the weekend and i did not recieve my comendation pack for some reason, but my friends that i was playing with did, and they only promoted 2 each, a mere fraction to mine. Did i do something wrong? Did i send in too many characters? i was not aware that there was a limit of some sort, otherwise i would have stopped at two. Can someone please clarify as to what happened? i read about people modding or cheating to get more packs and that Bioware postponed somethings in order to find these cheaters. I wouldnt think anything about it and assume that I am getting it today, but all of my friends got it yesterday and i still haven't recieved it.
