I understand the suspension, but my concern is that I never received a Victory pack yesterday/this morning (although it's a little re-assuring to see a few others did not receive their's). Still, I see the commendation pack in my registered game content so there's some hope that I was one of the few who were passed by the victory pack before the suspension.

Im not either but if some people have it listed there and I dont, it is a little worrying. If I understand you correctly, then it wouldn't appear until after im awarded the commendation pack, so it shouldn't be listed in my game content. 

Well, worrying is a bit of a strong word as theyre just virtual items that didnt require much effort to acquire......I would sooner have them, than not though

I got my commendation pack. N7 sniper rifle. On PC. But nothing on 360. I didn't promote any on 360 but things like this went across platforms before. I'm not complaining about it since I MP on PC but just wondered.

I'm trying to be patient but it's annoying that some glitchers are screwing me out of my pack, which I have yet to get. Even though my wife who uses the same XBOX and internet got hers.

I hope they can identify who was using the exploit and banish them from the MP. It's just a game, play fair, have fun with everyone else. Exploits and cheats are for losers.

Ok, I was looking wrong at my registered game content, the operation raptor is listed, but still nothing inside the game

I haven't got mine. Promoted 5 characters. And haven't got operation Raptor pack listed in the game content menu. Guess I will have to contact EA help chat., like the other time<_<

I haven't recieved the Victory pack even, let alone the Commendation.

I did see a player in Bronze with an N7 Eagle X so I guess their one of the people that messed this release up.

I'm pretty sure I promoted 2 teams, a Sentinel and an Infiltrator. And I'm seeing the Commendation pack in my game content but not in the store.

It's good to know I am not the only one who was passed over.  I thought I was the only one seeing the commendation listed under game content, but not receiving or knowing how to redeem it. Didn't get a victory pack either. They really should ban cheaters. Gotta love how some people have to ruin everyone else's fun.

Nothing under Game Content for Raptor.
Got a Victory Pack.
No Commendation Pack.

I promoted all 6 of my characters on Friday evening after work, my friend did so earlier in the day and he has his Comm pack.

All likelihood i'll get it after they sort out the abusers and what they abused. But if I don't, oh well, it happens.

I got a Victory pack this morning (I'm in the UK, So that was about 10 hours ago.), but have not recieved a commendation pack, nor is it showing under "Game Content" stuff. If I contact them (though I won't contact them now because I realise they're having issues) what will I have to say? (As in surely I'll need to say more than just "Hey, haven't got the pack" because anyone could do that.)

I promoted 4 characters on sat and sunday. I checked yesturday- I recived Victory Pack. But I waited for Commedation Pack [the counter showed smth like 140 hrs to redeem that pack]. Now I log in and see no Victory or Commendation? Very funny guys. Really.

Got the victory pack. The Commendation pack is registered to me, but I haven't Received it yet. Just a heads up.
