So has this exploit been actual cheating? Or is this just a bug in the system that leads to it?
Because many people posted they got 2+ packs and were happy about it.
I don't think they would go around and announce it this way, when they got it through cheats.

No, the fact that someone has 3 N7 weapons does not directly ruin your experience.  That's not what I was implying.  The fact that a number of individuals exploited the system to get multiple N7 weapons, and you (and I, and a number of other individuals) received ZERO N7 weapons leads to what I consider it being "ruined for the rest of us."  The entire experience is far from ruined.  I'm sure it will all be sorted out in the end, but you have to agree on some level that people cheating impacted you, and the rewards you deserve for completing the outlined objectives.

You complained about not receiving any N7 weapons, even after promoting four characters.  The fact that you expressed your unhappiness with the situation leads me to believe your experience was less enjoyable than it should have been.

It's Wed night and still no packs... i promoted 12 characters (been playing mp the marjority of the time and had all chars unlocked & at lvl 20)...so that should be 6 packs ( 1 per every 2 promoted, as stated in the write up and it being stayed it should be received by wed 4/4.)...i have none aside form the victory pack.

Yeah. They impacted my experience because Bioware did something about it.

Better they take time and i get my packs and the ones who opened their get none OR i get 2 and they get 1.
OR to be fair, reset their packs (if they used more then 1).

I hope all the people who did this exploit get all there guns (that they did not use real cash for) stripped from them. And no im not mad its just a pack ill get more.....i just think it be funny to see all the people complain on here like its the end of the world because they have no guns. Ah gotta love nerd rage

That is if this is cheating, after reading around it seems this may just be a glitch out of players control.

I didn't get my Victory Pack or my Commendation Pack yet, I promoted 2 characters on Saturday afternoon and my data sharing thing must be on because I got my reward from the first Operation.

Any ideas?

This^ During the weekend my buddies and I all promoted 4-6 characters. They each got their ONE but I've recieved nothing but the Victory Pack. If it's a bug then Bioware should for now just let everyone get their pack(s) and patch it for next time.

They are giving pack for every pair of promoted characters? If I have promoted 5,should I expect for two packs?

No victory pack and no Commendation pack. Glad I have not spend any further money on this game.
