I STILL havent got my Comendation pack. I hope bioware responds as to why we havent got it yet, im tired of waiting.

How long are you guys willing to wait before contacting support? Or are you not going to because apparently it didn't work this time or something? (A lot of people got their packs through EA support last time - has someone tried already?)

Contacted support this morning, they told me I would have my pack within 48 hours. If that time passes I'll hit them up again

I got one victory and one commendation before they stopped sending them out. Curious to see if re-releasing the commendation packs after the fix will mean those of us that have received our pack will get another? Not saying we should, just made me think

I feel really bad for those who didn't get their packs. Hopefully BioWare will have this fixed soon.

I think there has to be a fine line between glitch-victims and exploiters. I am a "glitch-victim".

Did I hack in any way? No.
Did I purposefully seek this glitch out? No.
Was I using the game as it was intended to be? Yes.
Did I have to do anything unusual? No.
Past the second pack, did I continue with it? No. I was wary and visited the forums, discovering it was a glitch.
Did I set out to keep people from packs? No.
Am I open and honest about the glitch happening to me? I think so.
Did people exploit this unfairly, resulting in more than one additional 'accidental pack'? Quite likely.
Will I happily give back the items I received out of the second pack? Yes.

I think its unfortunate an apparent coding glitch on BioWare's part has opened up such a can of worms. Some of us stumbling into it and now being labeled "evil". Allowing some people to exploit it repeatedly. And keeping some people from receiving their packs at all.

I think our best plan would be attempt to remove the items (A Valiant II and some equipment in my case), and move on. Blood-cries for bans will just get people unfairly caught. Fix the code glitch, remove the items, and move on.

Eh they're just on lockdown till they get this exploit fixed, it's annoying but I understand

Please be aware that the commendation packs have not been granted yet. 

Victory packs are given to all people who were eligable for Operation Raptor which is a quick process, so that is why they are seen before the commendation pack. 

Updates will be posted as they come in

Update 5pm PST: Packs should be coming out shortly

Update 7:30pm PST: Users have reported getting commendation packs as expected

Update: Ensure you have restarted your game to see the commendation pack

Hell we did't even get anything at all, unless you count a goddamn expensive pack that required 3 to 4 games to buy one, and even then it has the potential to swallow your credit and give you nothing.

I agree completely.  I stumbled into this quite by accident myself.

I didn't received any put in a lot of time promoting three characters over the weekend so what now? I'll have to be patient for a couple more days or so? I'm going to stick with single player for now and finish off my Insanity playthrough.

I agree completely.  I stumbled into this quite by accident myself. 

I haven't received one myself yet, but I know of a couple of people who reeived 2 through no exploit on their behalf. I suspect Bioware messed up again, and are blaming their error on people using an exploit, Just give me my crappy Commendation pack so I can see if I got an Eagle upgrade. As usual the victory pack was garbage that was not worthy of being given out as a reward.

I agree Victory packks should be made more of a victory pack. Goddamn it like the umbo Equip pack not even worth my time 2 buy it

I likewise haven't recieved my commendation pack....I have contacted them twice using the live chat and they assured me they either fixed my issue or they were working on it....Then when I check my user entitlements page for my mass effect 3 game I see that two entitlements for Operation Goliath Commendation that expired last tuesday....This means that they may be sending me an already expired commendation pack so that when I entered the multiplayer store I don't see it in there....Anybody else have this issue???

It's pretty likely that we're just going to get our packs from the live chat support once they fix whatever exploit was occurring. I'm not that worried. Mildly annoyed at the worst.

Hmmm went online and nothing there-WOW BIG SURPRISE! The issues with this game (and there are many) seem never to end...
