Do the commendation packs have expiry time like the Victory packs? I haven't gotten them yet. I'm gonna be out on a holiday travel, will be out of the game's reach by several thousand miles, and will be back next week.

But why did I also NOT RECEIVE a victory pack? (BTW I checked like a thousand times that the online feedback was "ON".)

I'm trying to get into a live chat with customer support, but last time, it was ... less than helpful. I just want to know if I qualify for one. That's all. If I do, then I'll wait. If I goofed up and did the operation wrong, then I will wait for the next operation and be annoyed because I goofed.

 Last night, they came up with an update. They are NOT granting anymore packs for the moment until they solve the problem of people hacking to get multiple packs.

its bull first a bad ending now fake promises so people can still play their game its bull wasted promoting 2 characters ( yes feedback is on) no victory or commedation packs at all just like the other n7 fortress nothing at all

Victory packs are given to all people who were eligable for Operation Raptor which is a quick process, so that is why they are seen before the commendation pack.

Why I no get Victory pack then?...

I asked Live Chat, if I qualified for the pack(because I can't remember if I completed it early) and all they said was "You are requested to wait for sometime". Really? That's the only answer I get? I'm going to be calling and writing them. I know it won't do much good, but the level of help they give is less than even standard. I'm not trying to badmouth them but I just want some info. I understand all about the suspended packs. I just want to know if I'm waiting for nothing, or if I will get something eventually.

For those who did not see the update that was posted in the first thread, or the thread posted by Scylla Costa. We are not granting packs at the moment, we are hard at work resolving the issue which caused us to have to take down these packs.

I will continue to update this thread as information becomes available. We want to be certain that we can give out the packs without any further issues, so I ask for your continued patience.

Every week theres a problem with delivering commendation packs. Also how hard is it to fix the problems with the store where it takes your money but doesnt give any purchases. EA support is also hit and miss when it comes to that, most of them just copy and paste the same response to "reassure" you the problem is being "resolved".

Good to know that some from Bioware has personally responded to this. Reassures me of waiting for a while longer, but honestly i'm disappointed with this. I mean, i expected better from Bioware, i'm not gonna talk about the ending again 'cause that's covered enough in numerous other topics and forums but now this, honestly why do you guys even hold these weekends then? Why do you make us go through the grind and then mess up with the rewards? ( Promoted 4 characters almost flat out in a single day and yes, feedback is on )

Thanks for the update. As long as the Premium Spectre Packs are availble I think everyone is gonna be happy!
