I got the commendation pack to appear on my registered game content page by asking through EA Live Chat. But somehow when I open the multiplayer store, commendation pack is nowhere to be seen

Nothing like having the packs under user entitlements and not in my in-game inventory.

First the ending ruined the replayability of the SP for me, then I concentrate on MP.

Now between all the bugs and losing equipment/ unlocked classes and guns, constantly losing connection through no fault of me or my pc and now this, I'm rapidly losing interest in the MP as well.
Sorry, but BW should really work a bit harder on fixing all the issues, the MP is very limited as it is, even without everything that is not working right.

I left all my 4 characters that i promoted to level 1 for clues that i promoted them.
Just want to know if they are giving the packs or no.

Hopefully everything gets sorted out today and they have a plan in place to avoid these issues in the future. On another note, have they released details for operation beachhead yet?

I like how BW is taking measures to stop this when more than half the community is raging cause is April !0th Comes and still no pack you can bet there will massive hemmoraghing of ME3 MP

pfft, no fair. It says on my registered content page that the commendation pack is available, but it does not show up in the game. Is this what you are seeing as well?

Does anybody know who was to blame for this? I'm thinking this 'exploit' can be performed on console / PC I'm just wondering which individual platform had the most players doing it?

I'd be surprised if the PC crowd wasn't at the top of the list.

So how is it showing on your registered game content? Are  you sure it isnt from operation Goliath that they add it to u?

This is what i have from the first event
Operation Goliath Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, March 27 at 5pm PST)
