I have not received either the victory or commendation packs either. Just got off chat with them and was told the handing out of packs was suspended due to an exploit.

I think ME3 has the best community managers in the industry, heck in any industry. I've not yet recieved my commendation pack either, but it's apparent that they have their hands full with an immensly popular mulitplayer that didn't spend enough time getting ironed out in beta and listening to the critiques of an often irrational fanbase all thay do iz eating donutz.

I have Commendation in my Bioware profile since yesterday evening, but I don't have packs in game T_T Hope they resolve their situation with the exploit soon!

Its not free it was earned, time is money after all.

I bet alot of us wouldn't have played otherwise.

Perhaps Bioware should consider just issue the packs this time then fix that issue for next event.

Heard someone said they didn't promote any charactor but got both packs, and many player's pack are hold until they fix problem,it's not fair.

But if you play the game regularly, rather than playing it just for a weapon (which in turn becomes contradictory), the characters will level up rather quickly, get to 20 and all you have to do is press X six times and you get a free pack.

I don't have my commendation yet either, but stuff happens, it wasn't as if the challenge was to complete Gold against Reapers was it, which would have been earned.

A lot of players played specifically for the pack not everyone plays regularly, regardless of what you may think the reward was earned, if it was free then Bioware would just hand it out to everyone.

Personally I don’t care about it its life , but you can’t come on the forums and whine at others for being upset about it, especially since some members put a lot of time and effort into the event.

I can see why people are upset and can sympathize.

How it that showing on your profile?

For example, i got this one for the first weekend event
Operation Goliath Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, March 27 at 5pm PST) 

Can someone plz paste here how is that showing on your profile so then i contact support , cause i promoted 4 chars over the weekend and dont even got that on my profile

I got the victory pack on monday night, but not the commendation pack. I did promote 2 characters, probably saturday morning.Grrr. Canada here.

Edit: The Operation: Raptor Commendation Pack shows up in my bioware site profile "Mass Effect 3: Your Registered Game content", but does not appear within the game multiplayer store.

Due to the nature of my work I don't get a lot of time to play and trying to get two characters to 20 over the weekend was an achievement in itself for me, felt like forever!

Well if you have the hours to grind for a weapon, then waiting for Bioware to fix the problem should be a sinch. Heck you'll even be able to catch up on all the stuff you missed out on while you were grinding.

Playing MP is not a chore.

Edit: Read above post. Listen I'm in the same boat as you man. I have little time to play games let alone grind, that's why I leveled up throughout the week. I'm still waiting on my pack, but at the end of the day it's a prize, which is ultimately a good thing. Plus you know what they say, good things come to those who wait.
