I promoted 5 characters and I only received the Victory pack. An update on this issue would be lovely.

Got the commendation pack according to my "registered game content" page, but haven't got it in the game.

Promoted all classes on weekend event, and then leveled 2 more and promoted them as well, sitting on ~420 N7 and of course didn't get commendation pack...

I have two characters in two classes that are listed as Level 1, but still have their maxed out Trees and negative skill points. It seems to me that this happened after I purchased some recruit packs which contains character cards for those classes.

The Multiplayer part is far more fun than I expected, but Store and all the related bugs are really annoying....

On March 3rd I saw in multiplayer store the free Vic Pack. So I waited for Comm Pack. Now I don't have eather. Damn.

I promoted only three classes. I received the commendation pack but not the victory pack. In the commendation was thermal clips, medi-gel stuff like that. So I will just wait and see what happens.

I only got the garbage pack and don't have anything on my profile regarding my 4 characters promoted. Should we contact EA support or they can't help us at all?

On the first event I had to talk to them to get my packs as well >.<

I received one Victory pack and one Commendation pack. Got the Eagle. About par with my Predator X. Will take a few upgrades to make me want to start using it. When does Beachhead start?

What profile are you talking about? How do I get to where you are talking about?

Same here about the garbage pack (victory pack for me). No commendation.  Promoted 4 myself, but no commendation...

you've confused the two packs.

My guess is that they've realized that the only way to fix this is with a title update, and they aren't sure how to tell us that it's going to take weeks to fix it.

Is Bioware even fixing anything right now or we are just leaft back and they pretend nothing happened - I m3ean it is like more than 24 form the lest anouncement - maybe they think we are all ok ??
