Doesn't really matter. No reason for people to get upset about I would think. They aren't saying you won't get what you earned and in my experience the packs aren't all that great anyway.

So, it comes down to "what's a few more hours/days"?

Legit players that haven't opened a pack need double of the packs for this waiting time...
I can understand the need to fix a glitch...but when I just want my reward for taking to time to play your game for this long is slightly ridiculous.

I hope that with the extended cut dlc they will add some new multiplayer content...I'd love to play with some new maps, characters, weapons, etc...

I checked my content but it's not there. You can even check my ME3 PC profile to see that I promoted 2 characters.

I agree I mean first off we should be grateful they do these events anyways, they don't have to and after these people being idiots I wouldn't be suprised if they decided to not give commendation packs anymore. Way to go douchebags!!!

I can see why EA and by extension BioWare, was selected as the "Worst Company" award. That's quite a feat when considering they beat out Bank of America, Comcast, Walmart and a host of other love-to-hate companies. But after this game being released in basically Beta format-Shepard import problems from previous ME games, PS3 players having issues with MP and now unfulfilled promises made to their loyal fans, I can understand why. At this rate nobody is going to be on MP.

I understand that there are issues with these packs, but I never received my commendation pack for Operation Goliath either. Both packs are on my "content list" but I haven't received either in game. Is there any way I can be given both when the Raptor packs are sent out? Also, I haven't received the victory pack for Raptor as well.

This is ridiculous. ****ing hackers/glitchers ruining things for everyone. And the sad thing is, they will get what they want and face no punishment. So some guy is going to be running around with a N7 Crusader X while I still have to wait for my commendation pack. Please start punishing the glitchers/hackers. PLEASE.

So... I've checked last night, and now tonight, and i still haven't gotten my Commendation pack. I received my Victory pack. I am now confused as to whether there is still an issue or not, or am I just bugged?

Okay, so I've read about the glitch and how there's a delay in Commendation packs but does this affect Victory packs as well?  Because I haven't received either one as of yet.  I don't mind waiting, I just don't want to wait too long to find out there's something wrong that I should be reporting before it's too late.

I was on multiplayer from midnite Wednesday till 1:30AM Thursday EST.4/5/12 (just happened), restarted the game 3 times during that .All I got was a Victory Pack of supplies and I promoted 4 characters last weekend......

PS- I agree that we could use some more maps to play on multiplayer as well.

Relax and play some SP... IF they say their working on it, they are. We promoted over 350,000 char. Think about having to sift through 175,000 players to see who cheated... That s*** takes time brother.

Yes we suspended granting of both Victory and Commendation

i have the same question, sorry if it has been answered already but i dont come here often- lol.

and just to confirm i do see the operation raptor commendation pack in my game content (what concerns me is that it says "valid until april 10th at 5 pm pst" , if by some chance the issue hasnt been sorted out by then)
