I apologize if this is the wrong thread for this, but I understand the issue with the commendation packs.

My problem is, that I don't even see the victory pack in my registered game content, but I do see the commendation. Is this normal under the current circumstances, or do I have a unique problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

Victory packs are given to all PC and Xbox users, so you dont need to be granted it. So yes this is indeed normal.

I believe they *postponed distribution of both packs. I have receieved the victory pack myself but it's practically a recruit pack, I wouldn't worry too much about missing it if that's the case.

I just wanted to say thanks for all of the updates, Bryan. And thanks to everyone else at Bioware working on the issue. Hope everyone has a much deserved relaxing holiday weekend!

Hi all,

Wanted to give an update about the fix for the exploit. We have a fix for the issue but it needs lots of testing. We will grant the Commendation Pack for Operation Raptor next week after the fix goes live.

The commendation packs will be out next week after everything is fixed. Everyone that promoted two characters will get one, just need to be patient.

@The Makr: Some people got the victory pack, some people got both...apparently some people got multiple of both. We just need to chill until they get the fix in place so those of use who have not received ours can claim yummy N7 weapons.

@alcatan, @ispano, @arcling: The Operation: Raptor item is not populated on everyone's registered game content yet, this does not mean you will not get one, it just means they were suspended before it was added to yours. We just need to give Bioware a little time to sort this out so some people don't cash in with many commendation packs.

Eh I don't even see the commendation pack in my entitlements, but I'm not too worried

Not a problem, I will continue to try an answer questions over the weekend. There will likely be no updates until tuesday because of the long weekend. I know its hard to have to wait, but we do want to spend time with our families

You know what would solve this nonsense, if they stopped charging real money for these packs in MP.

Charge for content that had more value, like DLC with extended content - and not crap like this.

However I'd like to clarify something... A few of us here, myself included, don't have the Operation Raptor showing up in our registered game content... I know I promoted at least 2 characters... Should I be worried about not receiving my Commendation Pack?

I cant really say until they go out, I do not have the ability to individually check peoples status. If after they are setup to go out and you dont get it, we can certainly take a look at the situation.

I'm having the same problem. My promoted characters appear in my PC profile, but nothing in my registered content.
