Hey Bryan thanks for the update on the packs, but i have a question, if I promoted 3 charas during the event and got victory pack and i had "upload gameplay feedback" on, but i dont see the commendation pack in my registered game content for some reason, will i be getting the commendation pack nevertheless? My brother got his commendation pack just fine but i dont have it even listed in my content even though i met all the requirements for it.

Sigh... I just suffered through about half an hour of Live Chat with somebody named Chandra, who was no help whatsoever.
My Live account is locked currently, while Microsoft investigates a security breach (one of the FIFA 12 scammers somehow found his way into my account). Tried to find out if they could make the commendation pack available to me for a longer period of time, but Chandra just keyed in on Commendation Pack (first... "It's a known issue, have patience and it'll show up in the store") and FIFA 12 (second... "Okay, please give me all this data about your FUT"). Guess I'll need to try and pressure MS into getting their investigation finished before Tuesday...

My guess is that it'll have the same expiration as this coming weekends packs.

The commendation pack when we put it up will not have the same expiry as it currently has, more than likely it will be around 5-7 days before it expires.

I have stated that I do not have the ability to look up indivduals status on whether they will receive or not. The advice I can offer is once the packs are being regranted again see what happens, if for some reason you dont see it we will support as best we can.

Also yes you may have received a victory pack before we pulled them down, but not seen a commendation pack. These 2 are given to players in 2 completely different ways, and commendation packs take a lot longer to give.

On your Biowareprofile you need to go to Profile->Your registered game content.
Don't know if it's still usefull though

hello admin..i'm just wondering...im part of SEA regions...i already promoted 2 of my characters, but why never ever received the recommendations packs??? is it i have to promoted more than 2 charaters for me to receive the recommendations packs... same goes for the last operations before, where N7 aim to destroy more than 1 millions brute...on that time also i haven't got the recommendations pack....can somebody explain it to me??it will be really helpful though...thx

Still no Commendation or Victory pack here for Operation Raptor.  What gives?  I promoted two characters, my feedback is enabled.  I really wish I knew what was going on, I'd hate to lose out on upgrades because of whatever is going on here.

Okay cool. So what about victory packs? I have not recieved mine and do not see any assurance I'll even get one. I probably won't, huh? =/

EDIT: To the person above me, I feel the same way. I appreciate and understand their efforts to get commendation packs out. But I feel as if they don't even know some people haven't even recieved a victory yet.

My special items remains empty from Victory or Commendtion.
It seems Victory taste's like Emptyness.

I appriciate the updates though. It's not often people will give updates on issues that take awhile to fix. Hopefully it;ll all be fixed soon! ^^

Yet as it turns out is not fair, some received packets
on day 1 and have used the vulnerability, and others have to wait almost a week ...

Well, seeing how the links you posted have absolutely no mention of victory packs.... that might be a start? 
EDIT: Let me clarify. Scylla just mentions the Commendation packs. Would help if he mentioned BOTH are still being worked on.

I don't think it's possible to be any clearer. Who'd be a Mod.  

Please tell me where, in the second post of that link, Scylla mentions anything about victory packs? 
EDIT: Not trying to be a dick or anything, but to the people whom are posting "Durrrr READ THINGS FIRST", I did. Scylla's second post has no mention of victory packs. How simple is that?
