Please tell me where, in the second post of that link, Scylla mentions anything about victory packs? 

Mr Johnson mentions on page 34 that all packs have been suspended. This has been mentioned several times in this thread.

So maybe my Idea of a Q+A is needed.

Ahh thank you for understanding me. I was honestly just confused and thought I might never recieve a victory pack, as I saw only mention of the commendation pack usually.

And I've been checking this thread from time to time the past few days, skimming over pages. I think I might have missed page 34.

EDIT: Not trying to be a dick or anything, but to the people whom are posting "Durrrr READ THINGS FIRST", I did. Scylla's second post has no mention of victory packs. How simple is that?

Everything is posted, mentioned and quoted through the thread and in countless other places however. I honestly think people need to stop being lazy and just take a quick look a few pages back, it is not that hard to do. Just a few clicks. Or has this current generation become so acustomed to being served that they can not even do that?

Come on people, stop being lazy and just look. As well, it should also be common sense that is it states in one post that ALL packs are being Halted that till ONE of the packs is being relased the other will most likely not be released as well. Or..is it to hard to think as well?

A simple tip, is if you click on the BioWare image under a thread it will show response from any BioWare employee that has posted in that thread.

You ned to make the notice font 72 in big flashing red letters that cover the entire screen.

Honestly though, people rarely read forums, and when they do they completely ignore any relevant information in order to post their personal gripes which they expect to be fixed immediatly.  The only way you could really communicate easier is to be able to post messages to the in game notice board which you see whenever you launch the game.  It is massivly underused at the moment.

I received notice in my online game registered area here at Bioware that I am getting the commendtation pack soon. However, it is the PC version. I own the xbox 360 version of the game. I do not even own the PC version. I hope I get the 360 version when they release.

Something like you see in the game has quite a few process it needs to go through in order to be posted to the game. First the message has to be conceived, second it has to be translated to all the languages, then it needs to be verified it works, then it needs to be sent out to the public. 

Unfortunately all those steps combined mean it takes no minutes like a forum post but more in the realm of days.

Though I think I know what you are going to say. >>..When will be get the new Playable characters for MP, like the Geth and Batarian and other various races.

Bryan can you plz post a link to the FAQ you mentioned in the OP.

P.S. Ignore this post if the FAQ doesn't have any additional info other than issuing of packs being suspended till the fix goes live next week and expiry date being extended as well.
