Umm yeah commendation pack still not showing in my registered game content and using the link "email us" takes me to the home page and the craptastic situation isnt improved by the fact that there doesnt seem to be anything on the site to tell you what the email adress to ea support is.

even though my friend already has it showing and we did the promoting at the same time. This is BS.

So getting a bit worried here, as most of my friends have gotten the raptor commendation pack showing in their registered game content for a quite a while, but i havent got it yet :S

Can't we have a system that doesn't have an expiry date. I'm not going to be able to be on the pc all the time, especially with travel plans. i left for camp only a day after completing this operation and i don't know if i get it or not, the commendation and the victory pack.

Please bioware, if we earned it, we should be able to get our pack at any time

this is ****ing great. support@ea.com no longer is a valid system so how the hell do i get in touch with the customer support as both email us and bioware game support bring me to the idiotic pre made Q and A section that gives me no way of telling a customer service person that "hey, alot of my friends got the commendation pack showing in registered game content, but doesnt show to me"

Stupid support system, confusing and frustrating at best :S

The only way I've been able to get through was ea.com > customer service > game advisor. Got a cust serv rep that way, not that it did any good

Worst customer support and PR ever. I wish my disappointment was in the game's conclusion alone but it truly isn't. Bioware, run from EA as fast as you can, you will come to regret sticking around. Just 30 days ago I would have bought anything from you (even with DA2's fall from grace), but now... now I'm considering not even playing my favourite game series ever any longer. How the hell did it come to this?

I mean I haven't gotten my first one yet (didn't get it before they stopped giving them out) so will i be able to redeem it twice or something, or will it just not work?

@wilzoon Not everyone has packs listed on their accounts yet, they stopped listing them when they pulled the packs to fix the exploit. It does not mean you wont get a pack though.

@Slayer299 Like the first post of this thread says, the packs stopped being sent out because of an exploit. They are fixing the problem and we should see packs being distributed this week.

@SovereignGFC They were orginally being sent out last Tuesday but because of the exploit that allowed some people to get multiple packs, they halted distribution. We probably wont see packs on Tuesday because that is their first day back to work from Easter. There is still some testing needed before the patch goes live. After that the commendation packs will be put back out.

@BlackDahlia424 It should not make a difference but if you have problems collecting the pack(s) when they are released then EA Support can fix it up for you.

@Equilibristic, @Zkyire Again, the packs will not be out until later in the week. Exploit, patch, testing, implementation. I recommend trying a mass effect play through as a complete douche, pick all the jerk options, leads to comedy. Or if you already tried that, maybe all paragon options. May take your mind of things while they get it fixed.

2) The above proves that for some odd reason, they are working on this monday.

1) The patch is not live, see Bryans post below. If they are still testing it, it is not live 

We have found a fix for this, it is a long weekend no one is testing the fix this weekend.

2) They are not working on it Monday, see my answer to 1). Also;

Not likely, tuesday is the first day back at the office and it needs testing

But my game doesn't shows it.. Hope it'll be there before it expirers!
