@Fantasista The date the packs expire is going to change, it will be 5-7 days from when the packs are made available.

From what I can gather from the posts on previous pages, which I suggest some people do, the packs will be made available at any time from Tuesday 10th of April onwards with an extended deadline to claim it.

Can people please be calm about this and just hang on a little longer till someone comes and tells us that packs have been made available to us again?!

anyone here who does NOT have the packs listed under registered game content? 'cause I don't and I'm quite nervous about it since I've promoted two classes during that weekend and have 'upload feedback' enabled. I've contacted EA support but all I've got is something like 'keep waiting'……

Just have to keep waiting a little longer, if it doesn't show up after the packs have been made available then try support again. All that can be done at the moment.

Indeed. Personally, I'm looking forward to tomorrow, I've saved up over 300,000 credits for Specter Packs, so I can have at least five shots initially at getting my hands on one of the new race/class combos. Personally hoping for the Asari Justicar, myself.

Though, on a topic related note, I didn't get my packs either. Hoping to get them sometime after the big expansion arrival though. Truly hoping for a good N7 weapon, hopefully an assault rifle!=D That would be fantastic.

And on a random note, yes, my avatar picture is indeed of a chicken. FEAR THE MIGHT OF PULTRY!

There is no N7 Assault Rifle, Just a FYI, but N7 Eagle II is the best gun in the game hands down

Yeah, the N7 Assault Rifle is the Valkyrie, which is only available in Campaign as a bonus DLC weapon. Sucks that it's not in MP, because I love it.

Read the previous pages. It says that you all give on Tuesday, after the holidays, after the DLC will be. Now the distribution of the pack is suspended. Wait a day. (google translator)

You live in Canada? I do not think so. Time zone, of the Bioware's central office is -6 (sort of). Check the time difference. Its only 04:26. They are still sleeping.

Will they email out a code to redeem or just update the account with it automaticly?

I never got mine but promoted two characters, I even participated in the reaper event (operation goliath?) to kill brutes and never got any special commendation pack after that event either, just the standard pack with random expendables that everyone gets no special weapon or anything, and It says this under registered game promotions:

Operation Raptor Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, April 10 at 5pm PST) Mass Effect 3 PC More Info

Log in with the same account you used to redeem your code in Origin or with the account you used to access the BioWare Social Network website.
Allow the DLC to download and install.
Run Mass Effect 3.
Go to the multiplayer store.
Select the new reinforcement pack.
When asked, choose “Redeem” to receive your promo items.

I haven't received mine, but all it takes is a little patience. If you read the other pages of this topic, it states what's happening, and don't forget, BioWare have only come back to the office today after the Easter holidays.
Once an official post has been made, all we can do is just hang tight and play the game with the new DLC that is out.

As I have stated, the issue is fixed but untested, it is still 1h before the office even opens. So the fix needs to be tested before things are put out.
