It's THE mod!!! I've been obsessing about dragon shapeshifting spells, and finally my wish was made real: http://www.dragonage.../file.php?id=35

Valafar made a series of shapeshifting mods which finally turned the shapeshifter specialization from "useless boring waste of skillpoints" to "superawesome magic of doom".
