We're all living the ending of ME3 right now, but hey! Let's take a break.

What was the toughest decision you had to make during the whole adventure, that made you stand up and walk a bit?
Kaidan/Ashley?  Killing Wrex? Quarian/Geth? Or maybe something smaller?

Mass Effect was loved by me because on numerous occasions I just had to take a break and think it over.
What is more important? My friend or the fate of the Galaxy? Is this decision worth the loss?

I, personally, had two: Wrex on Virmire and Geth/Quarian decision (I did not have the option for both to survive).

Quarians or Geth. At the time, I didn't know it was possible to save both. I literally sat there for ten minutes, spinning the conversation pointer.

Should I drink that drink that Batarian in After Life poured for me.

Salarians or Krogan was a tough one, the first time. But I figured with Wrex and Eve working with eachother, they could keep the Krogan in check.

I spent the most time in ME1 on the Virmire decision. A lot of the others are talked about before you get to the actual decision. The VS one was instant and out of the blue.

For me it was my first time encountering Virmire. My Shep and I literally just sat their contemplating the pros and cons of each.

The Wrex situation... Well, it was a non issue. I didn't even realize he could die into my little brother was playing ME2 and talking about 'Wreav' as if I should know who he was

Telling Legion to upload and hoping that it would all work out alright.

For me it was the Rachni. I put the controller down and walked around the house for about 10 minutes. I figured it would have huge consequences in the conclusion to the trilogy. Heh.

Luckily, I got the Geth and Quarians to live on my first playthrough. Sucked losing Legion, but what can ya do?

Can't say I've ever had a decision that made me walk the floor, mulling it over. I tended to always go with my friends over the Galaxy, since I was fairly sure the Galaxy was screwed regardless of any decision i ever made, in any game in the series. And since I was right, I don't feel bad about it.

grunt or rachnii queen =/ both of them can deal some serious damage. but i chose grunt. mostly because he's a bamf. plus grunts size > rachnii queen's size

reapers never saw it coming.

Yeah it was Quarians/Geth for me. I actually spent some time at work mulling it over in my head (I saw the decision coming a mile away) luckily I was able to work out peace.

Believe it or not . . . I actually had a tough time deciding whether or not to join Traynor in the shower >.>

Buying DLC or not. Bioware clearly expects me to buy it and who am I to tell a big business like Bioware/EA what I will spend my money on. If I used my own judgement I would be whiney, renegade and entitled.

Oddly enough, though i typically choose squadmates over anything else, I went with the queen on this one. And guess what? Grunt still lives Image IPB

Geth/Quarian decision on Rannoch. I probably thought about it for a good 5-10 minutes before finally deciding to let Legion upload (I didn't know you could save both. Luckily, that option came up shortly after).

I'd say one of the most tough was choosing to rewrite or destroy the geth in 2. I sat there and argued with myself for nigh on twenty minutes. Never came up with an answer I could stick to and split my playthroughs fifty-fifty between the two options.

Rachni Queen. Man, that was hard.

Too many variables.

Rachni and the Heretic choice in ME2. Nothing in ME3 really stood out for me.

Probably not the toughest, but one of the toughest for me was Jack Vs Miranda in the argument ( I didn't have enough Paragon/Renegade points to choose the special dialogue options).

For the Geth/Quarians I had both peace options but when I saw the option to have all the Quarians killed I went for it. hehehe

Rachni Queen was the hardest. And Collectors' Base I guess.

For me I think Virmire was the first one that really hit me. I just sat there, stunned at the weight of the decision I had to make for quite some time. Afterwards, I just kept searching the internet for some way to save them both, only to realize that I couldn't.

In ME3 the Quarian/Geth decision also slowed me. I am a Tali fan to the core, and I wasn't sure if I could save them both, so I just took a leap of faith that I could and it all worked out in the end :D

I had to reload the Quarian/Geth decision. I lost Legion in ME2 and didn't adjust that save. Tali was just more personal.
And in my ignorance I hoped that they would settle their feud in that moment. And minutes later, when Tali jumped I just... wanted to hit my console with a sledgehammer.
That was the moment I thought: Hell, if this is mid-game, the ending will just rock the planet...
