I don't think so. I think at PAX, they are just going to announce what they are doing right now in more detail. Bioware has done this before, where their big reveal is just an announcement of what can be expected.

I think we're going to get one of two things.

Least Likely to happen: A huge gottcha moment followed by a wait till you see what we have planned proclamation.

Most Likely to happen: A lot of flustering about "we're listening talk" followed by a bunch of very figity, uncomfortable developers trying to play up a new Comic Book line or Movie announcement as exciting.

I'm both hopeful and skeptical. With all the PR-spinning that's been going on, I doubt we'll get any more than a "we're working on it, nothing more definitive right now". I'd probably just give up and go back to playing old SNES games if that happened, though.

I think they'll get it out of the way first thing in any presentation -- and I suspect they say what they've already said -- we're working on extra content to clarify the ending. Date or further details will probably not be given.

Then they will go on to talk up great Omega DLC and/or MP weapons you can buy.

They just said information in April.

In PR time that means April 30th, at 11:59 pm.

They'll probably discuss the endings, quote some lines about "listening to the community, clarity and artistic integrity"

I'm sure they will discus it, however if they try to dismiss it or ignore questions about it then it shows they have no plan at all for it. Best hope is they planned the whole Indoctrinated Theory for a free DLC or something.

I am sure they will bring up what their plans are at least...I can't imagine they've got anything concrete lined out just yet. I just hope whatever they say contains some actual, useful information.

I don't know what to think right now. Bioware has been an amazing company in the past but I have my doubts that they'll be able to swallow their pride and repair the rift they've created with the fanbase.

One thing to consider from their perspective is the financial investment Bioware will have to make if they decide to create a new ending(s). CGI, gameplay design, voice acting, etc, game design is not cheap, especially games with high production values like Mass Effect. That makes me believe that Bioware will go the path of either releasing small to moderate sized additions to the ending to plug some of the plot holes or release some rushed alternate ending to please the fans.

Neither possibility pleases me, but there always exists the possibility that Bioware has some master plan that will blow us away at Pax. One can only hope that is the case.

Intellectually I really doubt it, I hope they'll announce something, but I've become far too cynical about game developers over the years to really believe they will. So many disappointments in gaming over the years for me, its all become too corporate. If Bioware blows this off, or tries to placate me with some clarification dlc, then I'm done believing that game developers care anymore.

I don't think they'll announce anything but I can always hope, because without hope, we might as well be machines. Programmed to do what we're told.

Big fat negative on that one. I think they'll tease it to try to release tension. That's it though.

Lits of things I am expecting:

1) to get an answer as to if IT is correct or not
2) that if IT is not the answer that we are given some kind of answer
3) They will talk about how they are using the feed back they are getting
4) Talk about mass effect deception book being republished either patched or completely rewritten
5) maybe future books (maybe)
6) talk about new anime movie centering around Vega
7) Another maybe. they might, maybe talk some very light details about the live action movie being planed. very low chance though and IF anything is talked about it will be very light on details.

I do not expect them to give any specifics on the DLC itself. If they do at all it will be a better estimation as to when we will see it.

Very, VERY slim chance they will have it released that day

Nope. Though I've kind of lost all interest in ME3 and the endings at this point. It's like yelling at a wall. So that said, I wouldn't really care if they did or not.

Seriously? I think Omega (or MP) DLC and a small ending patch to "better explain" their "artistic vision". Maybe some extra dialog or text.

Omega DLC and Multiplayer DLC seems to be next in line. Omega DLC as hinted at in game heavily, and in the comic that came with the CE.

I like the multiplayer, but don't know if I'd pay 10 bucks to play as a few more characters on the same maps.

They will ssay something about their plans. Whether or not they let out any firm plans is up in the air, but they will pretty much have to say something more definitive than what they have been saying. Otherwise, it's going to be a pretty tough hour for the Bioware folks.

Honestly? A huge part of me feels like PAX will be a huge disappointment.

I'm not expecting anything much. Probably more of the "we're listening, wait for more info" in addition to "here are some more multiplayer maps for $20."

Whatever, I'm fine with things as they are. I recently purchased Dragon Age Origins, so I guess I'll start that

Honestly, at best, I suspect we'll be told that some deleted scenes explaining your ground crew and the Normandy will be reimplented.

Right now, they are damed if they do and damed if they don't.
