This is part of my brief better-ending notes featuring Tali as LI.

And the most important. Setteling down with Tali on Rannoch (or for some with Liara on Thessia or similar). Marriage perhaps, given by Admiral Raan. Watching the Homeworld being rebuildt, Geth and Quarians working together. And finally, an arm around her hips, Watching the sunrise of a new age of peace. Kissing her. Finis.

some people actually do pick those, actually. and grub's reasoning is that it's a battle of minds with shepard and harbinger, so if you "lose," you don't get the other options, and the 3 endings are "non-standard game overs."

lots! tons of casual players who don't have much of an attachment to the game don't do many sidequests, so a lot of them get low ems score.

I guess, you know, who knows if they'd get the extra endings but I guess Grub has to take them into account too. In an earlier post he said "everyone's choices matter or no one's do"

It is? I gathered that "nar Rayya" gets replaced by "vas Neema" and then "vas Normandy". It's a rite of passage to adulthood to switch from "nar" to "vas".  "nar Rayya" isn't her last name or anything; Zorah is ithe quarian equivalent.Or am I wrong?

Completed my Femshep trilogy playthrough right now. If anyone's interested, what I did was play ME3 up until the point where you shoot TIM, closed the game, watched the uncut dialogue with Anderson on Youtube, and then read through this. And I'm actually satisfied.
Also, this was the first time I chose the 'Miracle Man' ending. Not quite as emotional as 'Heroes', but definitely 'victorious and uplifting' as it should've been. Can't wait for the other character resolutions and Shepard's epilogues.

I do have to say that the part with Liara and Tali jumping up and down like kids was a bit silly. At least the way I pictured it.

if it eases your mind any, I've been reading some updates Grub is making to the miracle man ending. Tali and liara's hopping around has been changed. whatever they do now is just inferred instead of described.

also, miracle man now has a more definite "battle of wills" against starchild slash harbinger, and seems to give a little more credence to the miracle victory.

but that's just my two cents on what I'm reading. when he releases the new version, you'll all get to judge for yourselves :

Tell your friend his ending options are incredible. All his options carry weight and they all feel in line with the Mass Effect experience. The only grievance I have is with the Synthesis ending. That was just a little bonkers for me, and it seems kind of implausible. Tell him btw, I can't wait for his Shepard/Miranda Romance resolution!

Small progress update: After tweaking the Miracle Man ending, Grub is now working on Garrus's character resolution.

I actually got it slightly wrong - it's Tali'Zorah vas Normandy nar Rayya

But yeah - Basically the name is broken down like this:

*Birth name* ' *Family name* vas *ship they serve on as an adult* nar *ship of birth*

eg, Tali'Zorah vas Normandy nar Rayya

Typically they exclude the birth ship name, but for formal proceedings they use the full title.

some general tweaks in the showdown with Harbinger before and during miracle man, more character resolutions, adding shepard's thoughts in the corruption ending, and if he can swing it, a version of the script for femshep.

he's still working out the details of a revised synthesis ending, too

he needs to finish Garrus's resolution, and possibly retool synthesis, and that doesn't even include doing a femshep version

odds are a new synthesis ending will have to come in a later update because that'd take a while. I think femshep is his next goal, and that also includes adding extra options for other LIs

none of this stuff is of course totally concrete, so it'd certainly be unfair to him and you if I gave a timeframe. but rest assured he is definitely working on it.

(also remember that since femshep will be a separate file, each time he applies an update to manshep, he'll have to re-apply it and make changes to the femshep file)

So I've been stalking this thread for a while now, and I just wanted to pop in and say that what the author is doing is really great. I was so disappointed with the endings of what made an otherwise fantastic game. I'm looking forward to the next version!

Also, because I think it just needs to be said, my favorite one so far is Miracle Man, but Heroes is a very close second.
