I tried to purchase the Premium Spectre Pack with Bioware points (which of course I used real-world money to purchase).  It managed to deduct the required 240 points, but then gave me an in-game error message, and I did not receive anything.  Please can anyone tell me how I can get these Bioware points back?  Either that or a refund.

Very disappointed with Bioware...

I have had the same problem about 3 times now. I just waited about 30mins+ and then the points were added to my account.
