For those pining for the Hurricane, it is very fun in the hands of a Turian Soldier, but two things:

Hipfire, and stay near the ammo crates. Even with the heat sink. It's bananas.

Got the Valiant, not sure if I should use it or my Widow 8 for my SI on Gold.

The amount of time you have to stay exposed to kill even trash with a Hurricane on gold is not worth it.

From what I hear it's a death machine in the hands of a Turian Soldier.

Though in the hands of anyone else the only thing it gets killed is its wielder.

I have used it on a Turian soldier and it is overrated.

I wouldn't know. I'm neither inclined to play as the Turian Soldier nor use the Hurricane. I simply explained why someone - due to misinformation or otherwise - might honestly wish to own a Hurricane.

Which isn't that important to me as I fight at medium or short range and body shot with it anyway.

Because turian soldier + marksman + hurricane with heatsink and capacity mod = ultra fun times.

You would be surprised how little difference Marksman makes.  It stops the spread, but you still get the ridiculous kickback that even the Turian passive can't win against

I dont even want to open mine cuz I know it's going to be a Hurricane 2

Got the Valiant last time, and I got the Eagle this time. Not bad... though I rarely use snipers. >_<
