If there's no new Ending DLC, only "clarification" and "epilogues" come PAX, will you be satisfied.

There are some who believe clarification=Indoc Theory and thus add-on DLC.

Their current comments do not rule this out.

To answer your question, it depends on what "clarification" is :)

Simple yes, simple no will do. There's no need to type out long responses and the such, threats on boycott etc...

No.

No

Clarification is like trying to garnish a turd and expect people to find it palatable, no matter what you do it's still going to fundamentaly be a steaming pile of excrement.

No, because there's nothing to clarify:

The ending isn't 'confusing' or 'unclear' - it's perfectly 'clear'. It just doesn't make logical sense, and applying any kind of logic to speculation as to how the galaxy is affected afterwards doesn't paint a very pretty picture...

I think we are collectively at the point where we have had it up to here with the bull***t, innuendos, rumor mills, trolling, falsehoods, outright lies, and many steaming piles of bull***t, that if they don't come out with a straight forward answer of Yes they are adding new endings, or no they are not. I don't think when they finnaly pop open the box, even if it contains new endings, that it will make up for the sheer amount of hatred generated for dragging the tortue of ambiguity on so long, that it won't be satifying to anyone and they will never recover. Of course they won't realize it until no one buys their DLC, or new games.

To give a good answer to this, you kind of have to know what Bioware means by "clarification", right?

Maybe they mean that they're not going to completely scrap the existing ending sequence, they're just going to add more to it.

The optimal scenario for me would be if Bioware simply dropped all that hologram kid bull****, but I doubt that Mr. Walters and Mr. Hudson will admit they made a mistake and will most certainly hide their incompetence behind the "artistic integrity" argument. Now, if Bioware even think about charging for this "Clarification Patch" I'm pretty much done with them.

No. People at Bioware need to get through their big heads that having an ending that is rushed and filled with broken promises will not satisfy many people and alienate their fans. I don't get why certain companies and people believe their crap doesn't stink.
