Remove Biotics as in reset your powers?
If you want to reset your powers, you can do that in the Normandy's med bay after Mars. 1st reset is free.

No..I have a power I want to get rid of..having trouble doing it. I can reset, but I cant get rid of the one I want to and add one. Just keeps giving me and delteing the same ones.

You only get one bonus power at a time. One machine in the med bay lets you purchase a bonus power. The other machine resets all of your points. Does this help?

You can't remove any power from your class unless you mod your save file heavily. So, say that you are an Adept. You can't remove Singularity, Warp, passive abilities, or any other power. You can only change your bonus power and reset the points invested in your core abilities.
