If he's not I want whatever he be smokin' to make him love the endings so.

In all seriousness though, I'm glad someone enjoyed the ending.  I wish I knew what you saw in it other than the beauty that I saw in the artstic LOOK of it, which appreciation for was destroyed once it was overshadowed by plothole city.

I'm glad some people like it. I mean out of the million or so people that finished the game, odds are at least some would end up getting exactly what they wanted, and they're lucky.

It's just a terrible shame Bioware made it for this tiny minority, while giving the vast majority of us an ending that has nothing redeeming in it apart from Andersons death speech, and even that was cut down and not as good as it could have been, and shouldn't have been a railroaded forced outcome anyway.

Ok maybe it was poetry but we don't want a poetry but hell of a epilogue. I like poetry and I like ME. These 2 thing are not coming along.

///Facepalm

It's all well and good to have a differing opinion than the majority but stereotyping an audience like this just makes you look arrogant... and ignorant considering that you're obviously a part of that very same audience you just slammed.

I kept reading the most terrible things. The entirety of the game had me engaged like none before it and I've been playing for a very, very long time. I thought it could not be possible for the ending to be amiss.

I don't know what game those people who whine and hate and send cupcakes played.

In my game, the entire finale sequence was pure, intense poetry.

Mass Effect 3 is a masterpiece as is. Change whatever you want if management so decrees, but this is the true, beautiful and fitting ending to Mass Effect.

Peace.

The ending still has a strong emotional effect on me.

I agree, the ending has a very emotional effect on everyone. Unfortunately in my case, and in the case of many other people, that emotion is anger and the desire to punch someone in the face.

Somehow I don't quite think thats what they were going for...

Okay...for all of these people who claim to understand the ending, I wish one of you would explain it to the rest of us because this hipster-esque "if you have to ask...you wouldn't understand anyway" bullsh*t is getting old.

Man dude you just don't get it. It's like all transcendent and ****...man it's so poetic and stuff it hits me here, gets you right through the heart man. *Takes a puff* And the colours, my dear god the raw power of those constantly shifting, undulating colours penetrate the very soul of man man, just changes you forever. All you dudes need to open your minds and let the poetry flow around your spine and the purple bunny rabbits who eat so much they eventually tranmogrify into camels and ****, then we can like hop on and it takes me through the desert to witness the birth of christ. That's where I'm at manzz, it all makes so much more sense than people copulating with logic and ****, you guys just ain't transcenedent enough.

Thank you, I needed a good laugh this early in the morning :D

*Yawns at troll topic*

Anyone got a link to that thread that exposes how literally unoriginal and uncreative ME3's "enging" is? The one that shows the stolen imagery, the song Starchild, and the copied quotes? I feel that should be posted in any and all of these topics rather than debate/argue with these dudes.

Sadly poetry doesn't have to make sense so I understand why you'd compare it to that...I'm a writer myself and wrote a lot of poetry and even though in a way the ending was poetic, for a game, cause it is JUST a game and a marketing mean, not a true form of art, artistic, but not art, then no...it was not poetry.
