Anyway, I played ME3 a lot and my PC runs it smoothly...
Until I upgraded the Nvidia driver to 296.10, it starts lagging
Before 296.10 it runs smoothly at 60fps
After it never runs higher than 50fps
And I noticed that the game has unusually high load on my N570 after it.
Is it the problem of 296.10 or the game?

Windows 7 x64 SP1
Intel i7-2600k OC 4.4Ghz
16GB DDR3-1600
Nvidia GTX570(Asus DC2)
3x HDD + 1x SSD 120GB

I've ran into the same problem. Before the driver update ME3 ran smoothly maxed out on my GTX 570 @ 1080p but now the frame rate dives regularly even with dynamic shadows turned off (Which has improved the issue but not cured it). Ugh, this happens every time Nvidia releases their latest and greatest drives claiming it improves performance.
