Hello,

I've been having this problem for a while now. Everytime I try to purchase Bioware points, whether using Origin or the Origin web store, the option for Paypal is greyed out, stating that "The item you are purchasing is not eligible for purchase using PayPal. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I find this odd, as I was able to purchase the Bioware points needed to buy the From Ashes DLC using Paypal with no problem.

Any help with this?

I've had the same problem using Origin, trying to buy the points through the website will let me get through to Paypal, but I keep getting an error when I try to complete the transaction. The error message reads:
An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU1010

Same issue here...tried buying From Ashes Dlc via Origin....keep getting the error again and again...seriously some one look into this..

Currently now i am getting "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow." error.......Not sure what to say!!

I get the Code: NU1010 error too.

EA are getting worse and worse.
