I keep recieving a message to insert the disc into the computer to access the soundtrack and wallpaper.The problem is I've done that and I still keep seeing the same message.Any assistance would be much appreciated.

you need to access the disc using windows explorer to get the files.

Can you elaborate?I'm running the disc using window media player, how does one go about doing what you said?Sorry for the inconvenience.

You don't use media player.
Close media player.
go into start menu and select 'My computer' On windows 7 it is just called computer.
In 'My computer' right click the DVD drive then select 'Open'
This will allow you to browse the files on the DVD. You will see folders for the wallpapers and sound tracks.
