Yeah, just started watching "Chuck" two weeks ago, thought she was just the regular pretty blond chick. But she seems to be a really good actress. Only Tali can beat Miri/Yvonnka as LI

These lines really evoke the character arcs of the Normandy crew. It's beyond horrible that all of this is rendered inconsequential by the ending.

Agreed!  Amazing emotion and feeling in her (Miranda's) whisperings.  Legion, Tali's and Wrex's also weigh heavily...

And yes, the musical score in this game was tremendous at times

That's Grunt (the Reddit transcript has it incorrectly labelled as Wrex). He says this when you save the rachni queen/Reaper abomination on Utukku. (I heard it for sure in my playthrough where the rachni queen was killed in ME1; can't confirm that he says the same thing when you're trying to save the original rachni queen.)

[Edit: It has been confirmed by multiple people below that this line is only heard when you try to rescue the artificial queen, having killed her in ME1.]

Because it's all of them.
Next time (if ever) I get to the ending, I'm turning off the sound, putting this on and waiting for the game over screen.

At 7.45 in particular, stick on some headphones and enjoy the creepiness. I thought it was harbinger's filter being used. Was absolutely stumped when I discovered this and posted it in the thread, and very glad someone put up the vid, confirming I hadn't actually gone nuts.

I don't think he says that if the original Rachni queen lives. I could be wrong, but I don't remember him saying that.
