1.) As the 360 version comes with 2 disks, I would like to see the game patched to allow full playback if both disks are fully installed on the HDD, but only one disk is in the drive. By requiring a specific disk (I would assume disk 1) to be in the drive you should be able to combat piracy or disk sharing. I didn't really mind swapping disks with ME2 as it only had to be done twice in a full playthrough, but ME3 requires me to swap them out several times. This disrupts game immersion something fierce, which is the last thing you want on an RPG such as this.
2.) On a related note, I have the CE version of the game. For some reason the plastic insert which holds the disks are designed so that when you push on the pop out center tab, it does NOT push the pieces that are actually holding the disks. These requires me to carefully push the individual tabs down repeatedly while I attempt to pull the disk off. It feels if I do this any other way I will snap the disk in half. Because I am forced to swap disks so frequently, I do not pop the disk fully into the case to prevent dealing with this issue, but that also means the disk is much more likely to get scratched. I am aware that this issue cannot be resolved for ME3, but I do not want to see the same problem with future Bioware/EA games.
I assume this section of the forums is managed by the CS staff and you will be unable to forward these requests on, but I hope that is not the case or at least someone who can resolve these issues might stumble upon this thread.
360 unique non-tech issues I would like to see addressed.

For the first one, I don't think BW can really do anything about the disc swapping issue. MS requires you have the disc the information is on be in the tray to play. So if the information you need is on disc two, then disc two is the disc MS, not BW, requires be in the Xbox.
To the second one, I can give you a good fix for that
Grab a pair of fingernail clippers and clip off those tiny little tabs on the outside edges of each of the prongs. Once those are gone, no more problems getting the discs in and out of the case
I hope this helped.

Maybe so, but the article itself states that this is something unique to Castlevania and that it 'could be used' in future multi-game releases. Obviously, whatever coding Castlevania used to allow one disc loaded into the Xbox HD to disregard disc swapping isn't a piece of code BW is familiar with or chose to implement. FWIW. I agree, disc swapping is irritating, but from everything I've read regarding disc swapping it really does seem to be something that falls on MS and not on game devs/pubs.

Take a nail clipper to one of the tabs for each center part and the discs can pop out much easier.

Not something that can be patched in, it would need to be on the disc for this to work

Not really a fix but a work around to reduce the number of swaps... do not do any side missions until after Sur'kesh.
