I also posted this in the multiplayer forum, sorry for the double post. I just want to see that this issue addressed.

****

This is the first time this has happened to me. I finished a multiplayer game just fine, recieved experience, and saw my galaxy at war readiness rating go up. The one thing that I never recieved were the credits. I was still stuck at the same amount from when I entered the game. Not sure if this was a server issue, but I swear I've seen similar posts floating around the forums. I do not recall dropping my connection, if I had, then how would I have recieved experience for my character and saw an increase in my readiness rating? I'm assuming this is where I go to report the problem and ask kindly for my credits. Pretty please? With a cherry on top?

Also as a suggestion, can we have a bug report on Origin or in game? (Sorry if there is one, I haven't seen it yet. If this feature is present can we make it more visible to people who don't know where to go? I.E. the multiplayer log in screen for ME3 would make it easy as pie. This should be an option in the ME3 multiplayer store as well.) This way we could log the bug, type our comments, and send it to QA/Dev's/people's way.

No there is not a bug reporting tool. I would prefer they actually fix a few of the major issues that have had hundreds of posts rather than trying to add improvements.

One thing to check is your character/balance after you quit the game and come back in fully. You might find your character reset, or the credits earned. As far as getting those credits from talking to an employee, good luck. I seem to recall many people having this problem and were told by customer support they could not do anything about it. (not 100% sure on that though, cant seem to find the posts talking about it).
