Played ending again and now I'm fine with it. Still crap but now I'm more worried if BioWare manages to **** up the endings even more in the becoming dlc. Btw DemonRisingSun read through one of your fan-fic alt ending and I gotta say that you got talent.

I didn't wanna touch the game for about 2 days after I finished it. I played till 5 am while I was ill because I wanted to see wot happens then when the end came I couldn't even sleep. I thought I should try play co-ops atleast because I payed for it...and it's the only thing to do since it's pointless to replay the whole third game.

I really liked the game in general, apart from all its flaws. I've nearly finished NG+, picking up on things I missed before (didn't know Cortez went off down the shuttle for a start: dialogue and life missed). This time I'm just going to pick Destroy and have done with those Reaper/Starchild bastards (sorry Geth).
It's not stopped me playing it, it's just put a bit of a damper on the story as I play it.

I currently play a few hours of singleplayer every couple of days. I should probably slow down, because I don't want to make it to the end before whatever it is they're planning is ready.

I do play ridiculous amounts of multiplayer.

Ive tried a few time but I just cant see the point. For the first time since 2008 my pc is mass effect free. I will have to see what they do with the endings. If they don't fill the plot holes and general mess they made I cant see myself reinstalling it. Pity really.
I know for a lot of people an ending doesn't ruin the journey but when I know what a mess I have waiting for me I just cant see the point in making the journey.

Yes, because I've been playing the MP a ton.

For the SP...I started a New Game + to see what you got, but it's left saved just after the Earth escape. That was about 2 weeks ago.

I also loaded up my pre-Ceberus Base save to see what my war assets looked like now after playing and promoting in multiplayer.

But I haven't really played through a second time, my other (Renegade) Shepard isn't being touched until I know what's going on with the whole future direction of Mass Effect. Fingers firmly crossed for PAX there.

Few hours of Multiplayer. Everytime I think about starting a new campaign I just remember the ending and think "Whats the point?"

Well, after doing some mental back flips while making sense of the ending, I've gone back and started mass effect 1 and plan on working my way to 3

Yes, I regularly play Multiplayer and also currently working on my second playthrough. Despite the ending, Mass Effect 3 is a very good game which has more than paid for itself in terms of entertainment value.

I played one more SP but stopped just before the end.
Played 3 multiplayer matches.
After that I went back to skyrim, played that for a while.
Right now I'm replaying Neverwinter Nights 2 again.

I will never touch ME3 again unless the ending is fixed to make my choices matter.

On my 3rd playthrough, but can't go on any further. What I've learned is that the ending is not the worst part of the game. It's how Bioware completely copped out of even trying to honour their promises throughout the game, and how utterly unfinished it is.

A bit less than halfway through my renegade / insanity playthrough. But multi takes up more of my time, of which I don't have that much. Going on holidays for 1 week then I will finish 2nd playthrough and leave the game to rest for a while.

my first attempt to replay it got me to mars, my second attempt to replay it got me to palaven. my fourth attempt got me to the uninstall for ME1,ME2 and ME3.

what i would give to get my hands on the play statistics for mass effect 3 and how many players replayed it and how many never touch it again

I only play MP now. Its actually well done and I can commiserate with other angry fans while blowing things up.

Kinda Ironic. When it was announced that MP would be the game it was so controversial. Now for many its the only thing left that's any good.
