Is this release time as is listed on the EADM, is only for the download or would it mean that I will be able to play the game?

I live in Germany and yesterday I was lucky to hgave the pre-load downloaded to my EADM. When it finished it says that it had 22 hours to release. I checked this morning and it says 12 hours to release (that was at 7AM). So tonight at 7 PM, I should be able to download and installed the game.
Is this release time as is listed on the EADM, is only for the download or would it mean that I will be able to play the game?

That has to be some kind of bug as that's not what it shows up on my EADM.

If it is a bug, then, I am very happy as it is a good bug. In 30 minutes, I will know for sure since the release time here is 7 PM.

It is not a bug. The game just finished unlocking and now is extracting. woooo
