Hey.

So I bought the Premium Pack and the store bugged out as
usual. Normally I don't worry about it since I know that I will have
received something and it's there "somewhere". This time when the store
bugged it did give me a progress update on my Gunsmith achievement
putting it at 9/10, which meant that my Carnifex VIII should have gotten
an upgrade in that pack. Problem was that it didn't. I'm still sitting
at 9/10 in the achievement with only a Carnifex VIII in the weapon
selection (next 2 highest leveled weapons are the Avenger VI and the
Geth Plasma Shotgun VI), so it's rather obvious that I didn't get the
contents in that pack after all.

Is there a solution for this to
"force" those contents to update? They just aren't there as the
achievement wouldn't have updated otherwise. And I don't have 9/10 in
single player, I've only done one playthrough so those weapons are
capped at level 5.

I have the same problem. my account is kaorigin 123 and I just bought the Presmium Spectre Pack. I received a error message saything the the transaction can't be processed. When I restart the game, 99000 credits were deducted, but NO CONTENTS WHATSOEVER were received.

I have the same problem too - at the time of purchase attempt it said the transaction could not be processed, but now the credits are gone with no contents received.

Same thing happened to me on Sunday evening twice, however I paid cash for the upgrades. Who do I call to get this resolved?

read the big thread on it, so long with no solutions or response by bioware yet, other than we are investigating the issue.

I had the same problem just now- I bought several premium spectre packs (saved up the game credits 4 that), after I didn't get them, I closed the game, opened it again and as soon as I was in multiplayer, I recieved ALL the items in ONE hell of a premium spectre pack

 I just lost credits and BW points. Really the game is stable on xbox... come back to PC and its horrible i can hardly finish matches without being disconnected.

Please fix.

and now i login and win lots fo crappy items!! yay :>
