There's no rules written boy, maybe a bit of common sense. Obviously, a new player shouldn't join a gold rank match, but c'mon, a N7 276 with a level 16 infiltrator isn't enough? You have to be kidding me. What these people is saying basically is:

level up till 20, waste your time in bronze matches, then come to gold. WTF man, WTF. I'm good enough to play in gold, and my character is good enough to play in gold too, isn't like the 1st time I won there, I have played there a lot of times already, there's no reason for me to kick a player with a level 15 soldier and a N7 rank of 120. There's no reason.

Stop kicking players just because they aren't level 20. Try and play with them, stop being picky, just please.

No equipment to offset the lower level.  In other games, if I'm a little undergeared I use consumables if not for anything else but common courtesy.  To show these strangers that I care about our success, they don't know whether or not I'm any good.

This has nothing to do with not being level 20... this has everything to do with presenting your self like a trash can... bad weapon / class setups... not having the dignity to at least get the mantis X when you dont have the widow to play on gold... thinking that its okay to only have the mantis 6..
all of these thing are the reason you end up in the dumpster of ME3 multiplayer.

You wouldn't go on a first date looking like a total scrub. wearing socks and sandals... clothes that dont match... or drool on your self at dinner... talk about religion, politics, or your collection of BDSM

sure you may be okay... but why am i going to take my chances when its so easy to get someone else.

Yeah, okay, let's not use consumables then too, they make too little of a difference.
Three seconds cooldown or four seconds cooldown - what's the difference?
Overloading bioitc primed target or a fresh target - not much difference as well!

It's the little things that count and add up into a big fat failure.


You can buy SIX recruit packs from a single silver game, most of them will contain one of five basic weapons. It takes about four games to max mantis out, less if you're more lucky. If you don't do that it just shows that you're not willing to go that extra mile for your team and you might just not go that extra mile to resurrect your fallen teammate on the field, for example. You wouldn't trust a man with a theft charge to work in the bank, would you?

Sorry it will not win a match, I've spent many hours playing, currently N7 850 more or less, there so many possibilities, a Mantis X will not make difference to win in his case, even his level will not. What I see is people that have no confidence in their skills, put motives to failure in a ridiculous difference between a Mantis VII and a Mantis X. As an indicative of something ...

It's Occam's Razor principle, really. If people outside are wearing umbrellas, it's much more probable to assume it's raining rather than they just use it to shield themselves from the sun or just because they enjoy it. If there's a lot of non-fatal but easy mistakes in player's character sheet it's much more probable to assume that the player just is not very good at this game rather than he just can't be bothered to fix them while being an awesome cool tactical genius with 100% headshot rate.
The simplest assumption is very often the correct one.

Seriously man? Are you trying to offend me or something? XD because you won't, a lot of people thinks the same way as I do. I'm not a new player, and definetly, I won't stop playing gold just because some people think I'm not good enough for it.

A side arm on infill is BAD... you come into the lobby looking like trash and I'm tired of having to carry it... garbage day should only come once a week.

DON'T EVER use a Sidearm as an infiltrator. You are just pointlessly gimping yourself.

Your Sniper rifle is more than capable to handle enemies from long to close ranges, and if it can't, you're better of just cloaking & repositioning.


Gold expects much from the individual player, and so if you are doing an unecessarily bad loadout, you are gimping your team.


An infiltrator may use Mantis X becuase not everyone has their BW, Javelin or Valiant(and the Mantis is quite good too), but if you use Mantis below rank X or any other sniper rifle, you're intentionally just gimping your team which is seen as a bad sign.

But you see, you're asking three people to go out on a limb and believe in a complete stranger who didn't make a good first impression. A single person can most definitely make or break the match on gold and I don't see nothing wrong with people wanting to filter out "bad weeds" at least by the factors they can see before the match.
What you're basically doing here is valuing your own time more than three other people's time. That's not how democracy works (and kick system is basically that).
